Day1On arrival in Srinagar: Mughal Gardens and Local Delights
● Meeting at Srinagar Airport and there you will be received by our representative.
• A beautiful drive to the city and traversing the beautiful Abdullah bridge on the Jhelum.
• Register at your hotel and get to relax a little.
• To explore Srinagar, you can start your tour by visiting one of the most popular Mughal Gardens in Srinagar that include Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh as well as Chashme Shahi.
• Take panoramic shots of the city by being at Pari Mahal (Palace of Fairies) which is a Mughal building that dates back very far and is located on Zabarwan hills.
• Visit the Hazratbal shrine, a holy shrine in the sparkling Dal lake.
• Back to the hotel in the evening after having dinner.
• Overnight stay at Srinagar.
Day2Day Trip to Sonmarg- The Meadow of Gold
• Have a healthy breakfast in your hotel.
• Drive 3 hours through a tremendous landscape of glaciers and golden meadows, to Sonmarg.
• On the way, stop and enjoy the panoramic shots of river Sindh valley.
• Upon arrival in Sonmarg, you have an option of taking a ride to Thajiwas Glacier, which is a magnificent display of ice and snow even in summer.
• Take some snapshots in this surrealistic alp.
• Dinner in the evening in Srinagar.
• Sleep in Srinagar.
Day3Srinagar to Gulmarg -A Snow Lovers Playground
• Have breakfast and then check out and drive to Gulmarg to the famed ski resort of Kashmir.
• The track presents one of the jaw-dropping panoramas of pine forests and high Himalayan mountains.
• After reaching there, you get checked in at the hotel in Gulmarg.
• Get out to have an adventurous tour to Gulmarg:
• Go skiing or snowboarding in powdery snow (seasonal, on your own cost).
• Make an optional ride on a pony to Khilanmarg, which is a beautiful trek kind of route offering spectacular views of the valley.
• Get to the Ride on the Gulmarg Gondola, which is one of the highest cable cars in the whole world and be amazed with the scenery of the Kashmir Valley.
• Back to the hotel to eat a warm meal.
• Gulmarg is an overnight stay.
Day4Gulmarg to Pahalgam-The Valley of Shepherds
• After breakfast, have a check-out and begin your travel towards Pahalgam through a 4 hour scenic drive.
• Along the way, stop over Avantipur Ruins; remains of ancient Hindu temples which date back to 9 th century.
• Visit the green saffron fields of Pampore and the serene towns of Bijbehara and Anantnag.
• On your arrival at Pahalgam, check in to the hotel.
• Treat yourself to a night out- either make a visit to local markets or simply laze around your comfortable room.
• Pahalgam overnight stay.
Day5Pahalgam tour- Aru, Betaab heaven and Chandanwari valleys
• Once you are done with your breakfast, you will be ready to go on a day-long touring spree around and within Pahalgam.
• Go to the tranquil Aru Valley with its lush lands and the relaxing atmosphere.
• Proceed towards Betaab Valley which is a Bollywood attraction having snow capped mountains and denser deodar forest.
• Visit the hilly beauty of Chandanwari which is the origin place of the renowned Amarnath Yatra. Have an opportunity on a pony ride here (optional).
• You may also want to go on white-water rafting or fishing at the Lidder River (both optional).
• Get back to your hotel and have a fantastic dinner.
• Overnight stay at Pahalgam.
Day6Pahalgam to Srinagar- Shikara ride & House boat stay
• On the next day, after breakfast, your Pahalgam hotel check outs and you go back to Srinagar.
• On reaching, you will be taken to a traditional Kashmiri houseboat which will be anchored in the Dal or Nigeen Lake.
• Register and take a break.
• Even in the evening go on an easy Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Be in awe of the images of Pir Panjal mountains and flowering floating gardens.
• Have fun shopping with floating traders of saffron and spices, dry fruits and fine handicrafts.
• The meal will be served in the peaceful setting of your own houseboat.
Day7Departure from Srinagar - GoodBye to Kashmir
• Open your eyes to the sounds of a serene lake and have your breakfast onboard.
• In case you have some time, you could buy souvenirs such as handmade carpets, woolen shawls, kahwa tea, and silver jewelry at the local markets of Srinagar.
• You will be taken back to Srinagar Airport with the memories and stories you will never forget.
• The end of the tour comes with good smiles and emotional moments.
